Terms and Conditions

This terms and coditions of service is enter into by WEBDESIGNRAFT.COM herein after called we or us and the user of our services herein after called the client

  1. The client agrees that we render website design or develop web application on his or her behalf.
  2. The client agrees to pay for the service rendered at the completion of the service. Subject to sub-sections below.
    1. In a case where the client, if using our free service, shall pay in advance the total hosting fees of his or her choice planed subscription.
    2. The hosting fee (above) shall be valid for the period of 12 months only.
  3. Where The client has requested for our free services: The services shall not exceed the following
    1. Four pages of web design.
    2. None of the four pages shall contain the following:
      Flash Animation or any form of Animation,
      Page(s) that connect(s) to databases or request(s) data from databases or update databases.
  4. Where the service has exceeded the above conditions
    1. It will no longer view as free services.
    2. The client shall pay as charged by us accordingly
    3. The client shall give detail description of his or her web application needs.
    4. The client shall pay in advance 75% (seventy five percent of the total amount charge before work can commence and the remaining 25% percent at the completion of his or her job.
    5. We shall host the website for the client with the Personal subscription (see hosting plan) for period of one year for free.
    6. Where the client has reject the free services above, Then he or she shall pay for the subcription of his / her choice.
  5. The Client shall provide all necessary information and materials that will be needed in regard to design of the website and We will not be responsible for contents of any website designed by us
  6. The Code of this website
    1. All the code of this website, the graphics image including the text and forms are property of WEBDESIGNCRAFT.COM
    2. It is not allowed under any mean for any body, computer programm to copy any part of this website
  7. This term and condition is subject to change without any further notice
  8. By using this website or any of our services is an indication that the client has agreed to these terms and conditions
